New for 2024 is a group of real ale socials.
Two of them are in regular venues, The Hour Glass, New Milton, and the Park Inn, Shirley, the other tours around Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire.
The Hour Glass is always the first Thursday of the month and Park Inn the second Thursday.

| Fri 30th – Sat 31st | Woolston Beer Festival 2026 Woolston Beer Festival, Pear Tree Church Hall, Peartree Road, Southampton, SO19 2HA Up to 28 cask beers, 5 craft beers, 4 ciders & bottled beers. There will also be a variety of hot food, snacks, wine and soft drinks Open Fri 11:30 – 16:00 & 18:00 – 22:30; Sat 11:30 – 16:00 & 18:00 – 22:30. Live music is provided by Rellix on Friday evening and Flaxen Hill on Saturday evening. Friday lunchtime is the quiet session and Saturday lunchtime has a quiz. Tickets (incl. glass & programme) are £7 per session or £3 for members (online only). Ticket are on sale online, at Olaf's Tun and Bottle & Stoat. Lion & Lamb Real Ale Social Lion & Lamb, 26 North Street, Pennington, SO41 8FZ A new Real Ale Social in the New Forest, starting on the 20th July 2026 at 12 noon and then weekly. The pub will be giving a 10% discount on cask beers to all CAMRA members, don't forget to bring your cards. There is also a loyalty card scheme with a free pint for every 10 stamps. November's Branch Meeting Bookshop Alehouse, 21 Portswood Road, Southampton, SO17 2ES Join us for November's branch meeting, 8pm 10th November at the Bookshop Alehouse (Downstairs). Enjoy the lively discussions and the chance to share your views on the issues regarding beer, pubs and the local brewing scene. Find out what is happening in the branch, the latest news on the pubs and breweries in the areas, what is happening in CAMRA nationally, and our social events upcoming. Park Inn Thursday Park Inn, 37 Carlisle Road, Southampton, SO16 4FN Join us again for our monthly get together and enjoy a beer with some of our friends and CAMRA members from New Milton, Dorchester, Salisbury and Basingstoke. Everyone welcome whether a CAMRA member or not, you just need to enjoy good beer and good company. Special attraction this month, our guest speaker will be George and Louise Greenaway who are the owners of the Tamworth Tap, and they will be talking about what’s it like to win the National POTY three times in the last four years.
